For buyers, I will help you from locating the homes in your price range, to showing the homes you wish to see, writing and presenting the offer, obtaining financing, reviewing the home inspection procedure, through to the closing process of your new home.  I am always accessible for answering questions you may have, and I encourage you to ask questions.  It’s important for you to understand the whole process.

For sellers, I will help you determine a fair asking price that’s competitive in the current market, explain the home’s selling features and items needing improvement, review market conditions, keep you updated on all showings by everyone, keep you informed on the marketing strategies by providing you copies of all ads placed, and continue to keep you updated during the term of our contract so that you always know what’s going on.  You’re never in the dark when you let me help you sell your home.

I am a firm believer in education.  As the real estate market changes, we need to change.  I continue to keep informed of changes within the industry by taking classes when offered at conventions or through the Wisconsin Realtor’s Association.  I have recently received my GRI degree (Graduate Realtor Institute) and my CRS degree (Certified Residential Specialist).  In order to obtain the CRS, I had completed a rigorous course of advanced training and had to meet significant experience requirements.  Less than 4% of Realtors hold this designation. 

HOBBIES

I enjoy camping, backpacking, hiking, fishing, gardening, and spending time with my family.  I also like to make a difference in people’s lives by getting them to smile or laugh.
